  9. TOPIK Public Domain is a series of disks set up by Robert Lang.  The
  10. programs which appear on the disks are those which are selected from Public
  11. Domain supplied by Megadisc Digital Publishing, and TOPIK is a PD outlet
  12. from MEGADISC.

  14. The name reflects the aim of me (Robert), in that the disks will be set up
  15. in TOPICS, and that the software on TOPIK disks will be the TOP-PICK of
  16. public domain.

  18. If you have any comments, criticisms, congratulations, or any of the like, I
  19. can be contacted through Tim Strachan, or at the address below, and I'm sure
  20. Tim would take any hints towards possible TOPIKs.

  22. Note that all TOPIK disks are Megadisc Theme Disks.

  24. All information appearing on TOPIK disks is believed to be in the Public
  25. Domain, Shareware, or Freely Distributable as indicated.  If this turns
  26. out to be the contrary, contact Megadisc and the offending material will
  27. be removed with the appropriate apologies.  If you have software that you
  28. are releasing into any of the above software areas, feel free to send it
  29. in so we can include it on a future TOPIK disk.
